Run the rental outpost in downtown Moab — fitting bikes, checking gear, processing rentals, and getting guests out the door safely and on time. Bike-mechanic skills are a big plus.
Five days, 8am to 4pm, with an early 6am start during summer heat weeks. One day a week on fleet maintenance.
You do a complete safety check every single time, even on the twentieth rental of the day.
Moab summers are brutal — we start early and finish before the worst of the heat.
Customer-facing retail or rental experience. Bike shop or guiding background preferred.
Weekends required — they're our busiest days.
Most holidays required, with time off given back mid-week.
Able to lift 50 lbs, stand all day, and work outside in desert heat.

Marta runs a tight operation and it shows. Our site was ready the day we arrived, the schedule was posted a month out, and when we needed a day off it was never a fight. The loop was ours to manage and we were trusted to do it. We'd come back every season if we could.
