Keep 180 sites and the common areas looking sharp — mowing, trimming, fire rings, pool deck, and light repairs alongside our maintenance lead. This is a hands-on outdoor role, not a desk job.
Five days, 7am to 3:30pm. Monday is mowing, Tuesday and Wednesday are site repairs and fire rings, Thursday is pool and common areas, Friday is projects with the maintenance lead.
You take pride in how the park looks and you don't wait to be told what needs doing.
We work rain or shine, and July in Maine can be genuinely hot.
Prior grounds, landscaping or facilities experience. Comfortable on a zero-turn mower.
Rotating weekend coverage, roughly two weekends a month.
Holiday coverage on a rotating basis.
Able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly, work in heat and humidity, and be outside for full shifts.
